Charities

Effective April 1, 2006 a portion of your espresso equipment purchase will be donated to the following children's charity of your choice.

Hutton House Settlement
www.huttonsettlement.org

Hutton Settlement is a family oriented, residential facility for mentally and physically healthy children who are non-delinquent. It is a home not an institution. Therefore, none of the children are available for adoption. The referral ages are 5-14 years, but children may remain at The Settlement until high school graduation. The program attempts to duplicate a traditional family atmosphere. Residents attend public school and are involved in the life of the community. Individual children and families, of any size, are welcome so that brothers and sisters can stay together and not be separated. Hutton Settlement provides a safe, suitable and stable environment where children can live and be loved.

Pinehaven Christian Children's Ranch
www.pinehaven.net

Pinehaven is an 1,000 acre Kid n Cattle ranch and school in Western Montana about 100 miles south of Glacier National Park. Since 1976 Pinehaven has been successfully caring for children who need an alternative living situation. Those accepted are any age through High School and come from all parts of the country. Usually a child will come from a broken home, be defiant, under- motivated in school and running with the wrong crowd.

The Wishing Star Foundation
www.wishingstar.org

The Wishing Star Foundation grants wishes to children living in eastern Washington and Idaho. The child must be determined as having a life-threatening illness (by a physician), be between the ages of 3-21 and not have received a wish from another organization. Wishes can be anything that a child desires, their most popular wish is Disney World. They grant approximately 70-80 wishes per year, the average wish cost is $3300.00. Only 5% of their revenue goes to administrative costs.

Our Future

We believe supporting children is a worthy investment.
