With your equipment purchase, Inland Coffee and Beverage provides service 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. In addition, we have a service technician available on-call from 5am to 10pm daily for technical support.

All requests for service faxed or e-mailed in should be followed-up with a phone call to Inland Coffee and Beverage to ensure that the service request has been received.

Travel Fees

This Fee is applicable when a requesting Company requires on-site services of a technical nature. The time a Service Technician takes to travel from Inland Coffee and Beverage's in-shop service center or satellite office to location of equipment site and back is billed to the Requesting Company. This fee is only for Technician's time to travel. Inland Coffee and Beverage provides all fuel and vehicle charges to you complimentary.

Dispatch Policy

In general, the following guidelines apply:

  • All service requests are dispatched in the order that they are received with the exception of emergency service requests.


  • Emergency Service: A service request is defined as an emergency when the equipment is unable to brew and the operator is unable to serve beverages at an acceptable standard, and/or in situations such as flooding.


  • Response to emergency service requests consists of a technician arriving on-site within 1 to 4 hours of request.

  • Emergency service calls take precedence, but due to the vastness of the region drive/arrival time will vary.

  • Emergency service calls may be subject to the overtime rate. If overtime rates are applicable, Requesting Company will be notified prior to service.


  • Non-Emergency Repairs, Pre-Installation, Preventative Maintenance and Removal requests will be serviced on the same day the request is received unless otherwise arranged with or requested by the location. Overtime rates may apply for same day service. If overtime rates are applicable, Requesting Company will be notified prior to service being scheduled.
