Repair and Travel Warranty

At Inland Coffee and Beverage, Inc. we back our service with a warranty packed with an unrivaled guarantee that does not stop when our service technician leaves your equipment! Inland Coffee and Beverage, Inc. continues to build upon service excellence by extending a 30-day limited warranty, subject to the conditions and exclusions herein.

Labor & Travel

When Inland Coffee and Beverage, Inc. provides services under this 30-day limited warranty, in most cases you will not be charged for our labor or travel to the location of the original service.

Labor and travel fees may, however, be charged under the following circumstances:

1. Requests for additional services beyond the scope of the original request for service and/or this service warranty agreement.
2. Additional labor required as an extension of the original work performed;
3. If the travel fee for the original service was discounted in some way, an additional discounted travel fee may be charged, up to but not more than, the cost of one roundtrip travel fee.

Parts & Materials Covered

Our warranty for parts and materials covers the standard, regular priced parts and materials we have provided, including parts commonly subject to wear and tear, such as gaskets, inserts and diffusion screens.

The following parts and materials are excluded from our limited warranty:

(a) Parts/materials supplied at a mandatory discounted pricing.

(b) Parts/material that are of a temporary nature per customer's request.

(c) Parts/materials damaged by accident, abuse and/or improper use of equipment.

This warranty shall be void if the equipment is being used with inadequately filtered water or the machine is being operated without adequate water.

If it has been determined that a water filtration system is necessary on site, it must be maintained in order for this warranty to remain valid.

Inland Coffee and Beverage, Inc. will repair or replace the covered parts or materials which we determine to be defective.

Limitation of Remedy

Inland Coffee and Beverage, Inc. shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplorary, punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits or lost good will or for any personal injury or product liability damages or losses, whether in contract, tort, or any other cause of action, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The remedy for this service warranty is limited to repair or replacement, and in no event shall Inland Coffee and Beverage, Inc.'s liability exceed the purchase price paid by the client to Inland Coffee and Beverage, Inc. for such goods or services.

This warranty is void if the equipment is moved to another location or transferred to another person.
