One Year Plan

This one year plan includes warranty parts sevice and a limited labor and travel warranty. Complete installation with a filtration system, and training in maintenance and operations of equipment. Also included is two consecutive six-month preventative maintenance services. Lastly, your cliente will receive preferred pricing. This means they will enjoy an automatic 10% discount on parts and repair services for as long as they own their machine.

Two Year Plan

This two year plan is the same as Gold with an additional 12 month labor, Travel and Parts warranty with additional three consecutive six-month preventative maintenance services for a total of five preventative maintenances.*

* Platinum policy is not available in single group models.

Disclosures

Due to liability reasons, for the term of one year from installation date, Inland Coffee and Beverage, Inc. will no longer provides services for any espresso or espresso related equipment if the equipment was not purchased from Inland Coffee and Beverage, Inc. Service and warranty contracts may be purchased for new espresso equipment obtained from another source, however these contracts are only available to Roasters and other Distributors. The above conditions do not apply to importers.
